Job Description

Customer service team lead supports a company’s customer service activities by directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.

Responsibilities

    1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    2. Communicating with customers through various channels.
    3. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    6. Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, complaints and Lead generation result.
    7. Communicating and coordinating with Relationship manager and other colleagues as necessary.
    8. Taking care of Company customer Service Accounts and customer Service phone.
    1. Determine and define project scope and objectives
    2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
    3. Budget Preparing & Project costs tracking
    4. Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity
    5. Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
    6. Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
    7. Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas

Requirements

    1. Excellent communication skill
    2. Fluent language skills in Khmer, English and Chinese
    3. Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
    4. Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
    5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google drive or related software.
    6. Experience on real estate industry preferred
    7. At least 1 years of customer service experience or related position experience required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT management or related field
    • Strong knowledge of App Development and advertising processes
    • Proven experience in managerial role in minimum period of 2 years
    • Strong decision-making capabilities
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans
    • Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
    • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
