Job Description

A designer is most typically responsible for bringing design solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals. They must be comfortable making decisions and managing designers that are producing the graphics and should be able to see graphics development from a holistic perspective.

A designer is most typically responsible for bringing design solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals. They must be comfortable making decisions and managing designers that are producing the graphics and should be able to see graphics development from a holistic perspective.

Responsibilities

    1. Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences;
    2. Design and layout of essential business materials;
    3. Edit video clips for use on social media platforms;
    4. Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events;
    5. Create real estate virtual tour;
    6. Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction;
    7. Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction;
    8. Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts;

    2. Through knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Drobox, and G Suite etc;
    3. Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Tik Tok);
    4. Passion about innovative design and Marketing;
    5. Willingness to learn and grow into a more successful media person;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT management or related field

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills

    Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans

    Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable

    Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
