Receptionist is repsonsible for greeting and help customer navigate around the office.

Responsibilities

  • 1.To greet guests and visitors then provide guiding support.

    2.To maintain order in the workplace and maintain a good office environment.

    3.To maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).

    4.To help organize company activities and order office supplies.

    5.Other tasks assigned by company.

    2.Good communication with interpersonal skill in writing/speaking/listening Khmer & Chinese (English is a plus).

    3. Have receptionist or customer service working experience is preferred.

    4. Good manners, open-minded and friendly.

    5. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Requirements

    Proven experience in managerial role in minimum period of 2 years

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills

    Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans

    Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable

    Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
