– Campaign Plan & activity for APP promotion
– User community management for both general users and WeMedia users, including contracted WeMedia.
– Data analysis on function usage data, data effect monitoring, and user feedback collection (work close with CS team to collect the feedback)
– Support customer service to handle issues relevant to APP usage, and provide a solution to users’ feedback.
– Coordinate and handle content copyright abuse issues in APP
– Coordination cross-department work
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
– APP Operational Function (Treasure Hunt Operation, Stock management, Communication with winners users, request rewards, and distribution to users…)
– Additional tasks assigned by Manager
