On 5th and 6th November, 2021 there is a sharing session on “Groups, Teams, and Their Leadership” for all levels of staffs of Koh Thmey Technology to increase the overall productivity of each department member by equipping them with effective team leadership model.
This sharing session is conducted and shared by Mr. Serey HIM-HR Manager of Koh Thmey Technology. Mr. HR manager stated that “most of companies in the world, especially in Cambodia like using the word Team for a group of staff while they are using the term “Team” in the wrong way or model which leads him to spare his time to share all company stakeholders in how to lead each team with the correct model and effectively.
