Job Description
App Operation Manger is responsible for leading TNAOT Operation Team to carry out relevant operation work in Cambodia. To develop and execute operation strategies to promote TNAOT product and achieve digital marketing goals.
Koh Thmey is a leading company with newly endeavor in digital and media industry through its main brands is TNAOT APP. This APP is a content aggregation, publishing, and reading platform in Cambodia. Leading TNAOT Operation Team to carry out relevant operation work in Cambodia. To develop and execute operation strategy to promote TNAOT product and achieve digital marketing goals.
Responsibilities

Plan, develop and implement strategic digital marketing plan to reach targets set by company, including increasing new user number, active user number, retention rate, user using time.
- Provide innovative online marketing concepts to boost company brand and product.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Tiktok, and display advertising to attract users, brand awareness and user engagement.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Research on users and product trends, and identify new opportunities to drive digital growth.
- Research and analyse on market data and APP data, provide feedback to product team to enhance the product.
- Keep platform creative, provide new high-quality concepts for content, lead Content Creators to keep creating and improve overall content quality.
- Other tasks assigned by Top Management.

- Responsible for the operation of TNAOT product and the formulation of operation strategy, promote TNAOT product in the whole network, make the market accept our products and improve the utilization rate.
- Develop & execute plan for APP online campaigns to achieve the operation objectives of increasing new users, active users and retention rate.
- Keep optimizing the creator platform, assist in introducing high-quality content, guide Content Creators to keep creating and improve content quality.
- Continue to produce hot spots for product, maintain product and content popularity, and guide users to actively participate.
- Research the market data and know the operation data very well, provide feasible suggestions for the product and participate in the implementation, keep good communication with the product and development team.
- Plan the use of operational resources, including the implementation of daily operation team tasks.
- Manage the team and train new employees, be responsible for team goals.
- Other task assigned by top management.
Requirements

Bachelor degree in media and communication, marketing, management or related field.
- At least 3 years experiences in similar role, be familiar with Cambodia internet field, trending and have APP operation working experiences.
- Have Solid knowledge of App analytic tools like Google Analytic.
- Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills.
- Be self-driven with high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

- Have strong operation and promotion abilities, familiar with the promotion mode of internet platform, media and other publicity channels.
- Good at data analysis, be able to provide insights into changes of data indicators and provide solutions by analyzing the reasons.
- Goal orientation, ability to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills and execution ability.
- Be self-driven with high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

Requirements

Proven experience in managerial role in minimum period of 2 years

Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans
Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
