Responsibilities

    4. Editing properties listings
    5. Upload listings
    6. Upload blogs (articles & videos) to platform and harbor property related channel
    7. Assist the content team with other tasks. such as editing article cover or short videos
    1. Develop and implement Khmer content strategies, deliver high quality content from concept to production (storytelling) to improve reading amount and reading duration.
    2. Understand App data, including content reading amount, user reading duration, push click through rate, etc.
    3. Check and review work of content reviewer team, develop and optimize the standards of content pubilishment to ensure content safety and quality
    4. Responsible for content operation and content distribution.
    5. Provide analysis suggestion on TNAOT APP and back-end system.
    6. Cooperate with Operation team to attract more Wemedia (content creators) and produce high quality content.
    7. People management – support recruit, supervise, train and mentor team members.
    8. Expand and maintain media resources, establish long-term and stable cooperative relations.
    9. Maximizing efforts on strategic vision, budget tracking and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Smart, hardworking, willing to learn, able to use computer and some basic office software
    Able to know two lanugaes: khmer+ English (basic Written skills in English and khmer)

    1. Have 3 years up of experience working in media/news media.
    2. Bachelor degree in mass communication, journalism or related filed
    3. Solid professional foundation, writing skills, familiar with various styles of writing and video production
    4. Outstanding management skills with management experiences, problem solving, strategy planning and organization skills
    5. Good at content operation and distibution
    6. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well organized, autonomous and adaptable, Ability to multi-task and juggle several workloads
    7. Working well under pressure in a fast-paced digital environment
    8. Language skills Khmer and English, Chinese is a plus
    9. Good on camera presentation is a plus

Requirements

    Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans

    Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable

    Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
