Koh Thmey is a leading company with newly endeavor in digital and media industry through its main brands is TNAOT APP. He will collaborate with the team in the performance of their duties on APP daily operation both the backend and front-end environment to response, handle issues, communicate with production team, and maintenance user community. Also, he will response to oversee the process of WeMedia Audition, Coin Mall Operation, Feedback, etc.
Responsibilities
- Product testing, bug-related feedback, app operation coordination.
- Campaign Plan & activity for APP promotion
- User community management for both general users and WeMedia users, including contracted WeMedia.
- Data analysis on function usage data, data effect monitoring, and user feedback collection (work close with CS team to collect the feedback)
- Support customer service to handle issues relevant to APP usage, and provide a solution to users’ feedback.
- Coordinate and handle content copyright abuse issues in APP
- Coordination cross-department work
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- APP Operational Function (Treasure Hunt Operation, Stock management, Communication with winners users, request rewards, and distribution to users…)
1. Plan & execute online campaign on APP & social media
2. Manage advertising channels including Google Ads, Tiktok, FB.
3. Daily App operation such as notification arragement, backend setting, activity facilitating to improve user experience.
4. Track on APP’s campaign and activities data to figure out appropriate optimize plan for next campaign.
5. Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Management, Business)
- Project management, ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Professional digital marketing knowledge, especially online campaigns planning,
- 2+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role (Digital Marketing)
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Detail-oriented person
1. Bachelor degree in business, sales/ Marketing, or related field
2. Minimum 1 year work experience with online campaign and digital marketing
3. Be a fast learner & strong adaptability
4. Self-motivate and result-oriented
5. Chinese language is a plus

Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
