- 负责原创内容采写、活动采访报道
- 对创作的内容阅读量负责
- 负责商业宣传软文撰写
- 不断提升柬埔寨头条品牌及影响力
岗位要求
- 热爱新媒体写作,熟悉新媒体写作方式
- 2年以上行业从业经验
- 具备优秀的选题策划或者内容整合能力
- 具备优秀的文案功底和口头表达能力,能独立策划选题并推动执行。
- 擅长微信公众号及其他自媒体平台运营者优先考虑
- 能熟练运用135编辑器或者秀米进行排版
- 有短视频新闻制作经验优先考虑
Job Description
Deputy General managers effectively oversee the daily operations of a business segment, department and ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets; and managing employees. Deputy General Manager is an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of department.
Responsibilities
1.Determine and define project scope and objectives
2.Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
3.Budget Preparing & Project costs tracking
4.Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity
5.Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
6.Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
7.Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT management or related field
Strong knowledge of App Development and advertising processes
Proven experience in managerial role in minimum period of 2 years
Strong decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans
Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
